"I wish I could write a good review for this business. I really liked coming to this clinic and I had a great therapy experience with my therapist. The business side of things at this clinic, unfortunately, are not run very well. The receptionist is sweet but makes mistakes and gives incorrect information often. The scheduling of appointments is difficult and confusing. The owners of this business are personable but unorganized and sometimes unprofessional, I'm not sure how invested they are in providing ethical and professional care. I had some difficult experiences with how confidential information was handled on the business side of things. In the end I was not able to continue care at this center due to the chaotic nature of how things were being run."

"Julie was an absolute nightmare when speaking to her. I'm not sure of her title but I called about a past bill that was paid for with my insurance, through PHP of which she says has been processed. Come to find out PHP doesn't want anything to do with this place! I'm pretty convinced this place and all the people in it are scams!do not go here, even to ask for directions !! Scammers!"

"My therapist was fine and helped me a lot. Though he canceled a lot of our sessions or changed times often. My issue was with everything else. The receptionists have no clue what they're doing. The new billing lady has no clue either. This place is dishonest and makes up excuses for not doing their job. They charged me 200$ when my insurance covered it in full without notice and total lack of communication. I will never return to this place and neither should you. It's been the experience from H***."

"Carrie Jackson was FANTASTIC with my kids. I also sent one daughter to a girls empowerment camp last summer which she enjoyed and grew a lot from. My issues are with the billing. I was billed for services each day my child met with a therapist. However, in March 2022 I was charged 12 times (hundreds of dollars). Without any notification, money was taken from my bank. Only after I noticed the withdrawals, and made calls and sent e-mails to the company, did I learn it was to pay for additional money owed that was never mentioned before. As a single mom on a limited income who budgets tightly in order to send my kids to counseling, I don’t know how they feel ok with taking so much money without notification or explanation. If you cannot chance having money removed from your bank account without knowing it is going to happen and budgeting for it, don’t use them. Financial communication is HORRIBLE. I have had to reach out many times just to get receipts of the payments I made along the way."

"These guys are SOOOOOOOOO good! I see Carrie Jackson and she is nothing short of fabulous. She's very insightful, connected to what I say, and shows a real investment in her patient care. What made me leave a review was the fact that, after I mentioned an online article which I had read years ago (which impacted how I though), she read it and discussed it with me at my next appointment in deep detail. I feel like it would be easy for most therapists to not even read it all all, or maybe just skim it, or just ask me about the contents, rather than going home and reading it. Carrie instead took the time to read it in full so that she could understand better where I was coming from and why I though the way I did. Plus, these guys are a dream to work with your insurances. Most therapy offices will make you pay upfront and then reimburse you, but Circle of Life will just do your copay, just like a doctors office would. 10/10"
