"I am a Patient of Dr Hall. I am so appreciative of her skill and balance. One of the highest compliments I can give a human is balance, balance between the Feminine and Masculine. She personifies that balance. I have physical health issues, she uses all the tools at her disposal to improve my health (Masculine). Her kindness and wonderful bed side manner to communicate that approach with clarity and courage (Feminine). I suffer from Anxiety, Depression and Suicide Ideation and she uses her training and skill to help me overcome obstacles in my Mental Health (Masculine). She has gone out of her way to make sure other Medical Professionals treat me in a Professional manner (Feminine). I am part of the LGBTQ+ Community and she is prepared to honestly and forthrightly address any Medical issues stemming from my orientation (Masculine). She treats me with non-judgemental kindness and allows me to live my Story honestly (Feminine). She is a fantastic example of modern, high quality Medical Care. Thank you Dr Hall."

"When I actually get things done, my experience is fine. But the telephone line here is absolutely awful. The receptionist are FANTASTIC, but I need to talk to a nurse most of the time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get transferred to the nurses line, no body answers. Says to leave a message, and you’ll get a call back. I have only once ever received a call back, and not once has anyone actually just picked up the phone in the first place. It is extremely frustrating."

"My original family doctor wasn't available to me, so I decided I had to find a new one. Came here since it was closer to my home and took my insurance. The doctor had me fill out a mental health screening booklet to get me approved for a certain medication that I had already taken before (brought the bottle in just in case), told me I would be called in 2-3 days to see if I had been approved. 3-4 days later, no call. I call twice, nobody answers. Next day I go in person and the nurse tells me she has zero notes on this and had no idea, says she will ask the doctor and call me back either that night or this morning. I'm now making the review at 2:30 after no call or follow up. The staff here seems completely confused and lost, I will be taking myself elsewhere and recommending this place to no one. Update: took 3 weeks for them to finally tell me what could have been done the very next day, and only after I called THEM. Awful staff."
