"This is the most unprofessional doctors office I've been to. They have terrible customer service. You wait for hours. They cancel your appointments without telling you. You can schedule appointments and then there won't even be a doctor at that location. A pathetic waste of a doctor's office."

"Everything is great, sometimes you have a wait for a nurse to come back in. Waiting for a prescription to be called in or faxed in could be looked into. Sometimes it’s not till next day."

"Billing issues 3 different times in 2 years. This practice is far from professional. The doctors are fine...No issues with them. But the office staff needs improvement. We've decided to move on from this practice."

"Very friendly staff! Britain Jensen is a wonderful Family NP! She truly cares and takes the time needed to listen and give a proper diagnoses."

"It’s ironic because I moved to Utah from Las Vegas, and Nevada supposedly has the worst healthcare in the nation. My experience at Zenith Lehi is worse. I went in for a physical at the beginning of August. I mentioned fatigue being a primary issue. I also noticed my Oura ring showed my oxygen was low at night. Doctor jotted down notes and said he’d order a sleep test and sent me on my way. No suggestions for blood work or anything. Weeks went by and nothing. I had to continuously follow up - leaving voice emails or emails does nothing. You have to call and get someone on the line. After a lot of back and forth I finally got a sleep test ordered. Then came the waiting for the results. No one at the office was proactive about getting the results from the sleep study company. I had to do that on my own. Fast forward another month I finally got them to get the results. I couldn’t read it so needed them to tell me what the conclusion was. No follow up appointment or anything. Just a voice message with “got your results back. Do you want the CPAP machine or the oxygen?” I was confused. What did this mean and how bad was it? And why am I just getting a voice message? No follow up with the doctor to understand my results? Next call the assistant says to me doc doesn’t think I need oxygen even though I qualify for one. Confused as ever, feeling neglected and without care I have been trying to get a copy of that sleep test to take elsewhere and get a second opinion. Now to wait a few more months for the results. Im so frustrated and feel totally neglected."
