"I just wanna say as a contractor Home Depot is like my grown up toys r us. I spend about 500 a week at any given Home Depot. But if you want to feel Like a criminal you really need to go to this one. If the cop standing by the gated tools isn’t enough. Try paying for your stuff at the tool check out and then walking out. They will scan tru your receipt and go tru your stuff. I really thought they were going to pad me down. What a great experience I really don’t recommend it so please avoid this Home Depot in West Jordan"

"Good location for the area. Nice to have one closer to the west bench. Store is stocked well and easy to navigate. Workers were helpful in finding what I came looking for. Plenty of parking and easy access for quick shopping."

"I am very happy that this location has opened because it is much closer to my home than the other West Jordan store. The store is clean and well stocked, the employees that I have encountered have been super friendly, the layout is different than usual but I don’t mind it. I do have 3 issues with this new store though. 1) The parking lot is definitely too tight for larger construction style trucks and there is no trailer parking. This is a big deal!! Lowe’s just down the street has about 6 large stalls all on a 45 degree angle making it super easy for those of us that haul trailers to pull in and out. Home Depot has got to change this. We’ve all seen those people who take up two stalls and think what an……. I can do without my truck getting keyed, thank you 2) There are no cashiers. Home Depot will no doubt bring in the crowds so I can see this being a problem with large purchases or during the holidays. 3) The tool section is poorly laid out. I understand why they did this with theft nowadays but what am I supposed to do with a large cart full of drywall, lumber, etc. if I decide to buy a drill? Leave it in the isle and interfere with other customers? All in all this is a nice store with friendly employees. The parking lot is the biggest issue for me. When I’m hauling a trailer I’ll probably just go to Lowe’s."

"Excellent store right by my new home. Very friendly customer service. I needed a key to turn off my underground sprinkler valve. I bought a cheap wiry one that didn’t work. I returned it and got a steel one which was much better! Staff was very friendly and helpful and the store was clean with a great inventory. If you live in the area come to this store. Way better than the Lowe’s on 41st south."
