"Racially profiled, the only person in a full row of customers using self check that was asked if I remembered to scan something. No hello do you need any help just did you scan the cinnamon rolls, and for the record yes I did scan them and spent over $200 just to be humiliated and accused of attempting to steal $8 cinnamon rolls."
"Well organized and stocked. We love using the scan and go option so we don't have to wait in line to check out. The pick up team could be faster, but I shouldn't complain about that. They save me from having to haul my young kids in to the store."
"C’mon guys!!! Your produce people are not staying on top of the stuff that goes bad! Yesterday, 1.7.24- I bought honey crisp apples that were all soft and the 4 lb tomatoes that already had mold and the tops of them were slimy. This isn’t the first time either! I’m done buying produce from Sam’s!!! Heck, even their yogurt was bad that I had to return a few weeks ago. DO NOT CHANCE THE FOOD HERE!"
"I thought they would have better qc... so much for their rotisserie chicken. "Fully cooked" must of mixed-up the label and should of used the "partially cooked" one instead, at least you know what you're buying then, cooked must in eyes of the beholder. Update: called the store to inform them two times, one for the deli and the second 0 to speak associate both instances no one answers... you guys are better than this, you're sam's club, don't be like your neighbor."
"We did not go in today . But the delivery service to our car was amazing. The young man was greatly happy that I talked with him and appreciated him. I also helped mo e my groceries into our jeep. Thank you young man for being such a kind d respectful worker."
