"They constantly offer parcel service, we delivered a couple of packages more than a month ago and they guarantee 12 days of delivery, after more than a month we do not even receive information about when the product will be received at the destination, and they also do not know how Which client are they communicating with since they confuse the names, their only response is that they will contact the company in Miami and the days go by and they do not give any information. Very unprofessional, today I will remove the packages that needed to be sent along with the payment made to them."
"Ordered two cabinets on June 4, the girl said they would be delivered June 5 at 7. She called me and said it would be 8. At 9:03 she texed me and said they were 15 min out. 9:30 still no delivery. Not good for first time customer spending over $300.00. Think I will be going elsewhere."
"This place looks like a business, but it's not ran like a business. I did get a ok deal on furniture, but dealing with getting my items delivered wasn't worth the trouble. They constantly canceled 5 minutes from the time the items were suppose to be delivered, and never returned calls or texts. I stayed home 1 weekend just waiting on delivery. Very difficult to deal with, items were delivered 2 weeks late only after I gave up and rented a trailer to get them myself. Very unprofessional establishment."
"I’m really confused. This place is constantly advertising on Facebook marketplace really great deals. I show up and they have 3 couches, a few armchairs, and some dining tables. Don’t advertise Yourself as a discount warehouse when you have 12 items."
