"Tried to take back two sweaters given as Xmas presents. Sorry it has been over 14 days. Can I have the person who purchased them return them? No Poor customer service. Not stolen! Too small. Exchange? No?"
"I understand not a lot of brands make women’s shoes in a 10.5. Most stop half sizes at 10. But it’s frustrating that this store makes it a priority to separate all the other half sizes, except 10.5. You just have to roam the section for size 10 and hope the shoe corresponds to the box (which happens about 60% of the time) Also, most of the shoes aren’t deals. I googled the shoe I like because I couldn’t find it in my size and it was cheaper on the Clark’s website! So I picked up and googled a few more just to see and you could find all of them cheaper somewhere else. All of the makeup is retail price."
"Very clean and organized. Easy to find items, good prices, for Nordstrom. We are not used to their prices, so a bit of a culture shock for us. A lot of shoes in "Clearance" section that shouldn't be, extremely frustrating. We asked about it, they didn't seem to care and defended it as 'not supposed to be there' with no investigation... sticker is the only thing that matters, even if there is 4+ same style in Clearance section. Check out was quick, employees friendly. Recommend with limited expectations."
"This Nordstrom Rack seems slightly a bit more expensive than the ones in other locations in the area. I think it may be the demographics of the neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. The racks could have been more organized and there wasn't very much signage showing what was clearly on sale and what wasn't."
"I’ve come to this Nordstrom rack in sugarhouse for years. I do like this newer location as they took over the building that Toys R Us was in. It’s definitely a better fit. It was a bit cluttered and prices seemed a bit high but all around not a bad spot to shop and get some good deals. Lots of variety and parking is ample. I’ll be back."
