When it started squeaking, I took it in today to have them grease it up. They were incredibly accommodating with my strict schedule and were able to do the job on the spot for free. Lara and Salvador are both very kind and professional as well. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next chair, they take care of their customers!!"

"Taylor was extremely helpful and informative when I came in today to get a used office chair. I asked him if he had anything on the cheaper side since I was did not have a lot of money to spend on a pricey chair and he didn't hesitate in finding me one that was within my budget. Super friendly and courteous to me even though I wasn't coming in to spend hundreds of dollars. I will definitely be back in the future when I have more money to spend."

"It is unfortunate that I have to write this review, however, this business is extremely unprofessional. With our current order, 95 % was incorrect. This includes multiple desks being cut to the wrong sizes, hardware missing, tops to pieces of furniture missing and a serious lack of responsiveness from the company. We have been down a total of five times to get our furniture and still to this day (nine days later) we have not received them. We are a fully operating nonprofit and have not had desks to work off of because we were promised that we would receive our new pieces of furniture the next day. We had to take out all the old furniture last week, which in result has had our office in shambles trying to do business with nothing to work off of. I have never dealt with such dishonesty from a business and lack of follow through before. I would not recommend this company to buy furniture from. In the past they were easy to work with and efficient. This second experience has completely jaded our opinion of Western Interior."

"Western Interior is the place to go to if you are needing office furniture! The staff was so awesome and helped us find the perfect receptionist desk for our large boat showroom. If you go, make sure to ask for Justin Walker - if you don't see the perfect piece for your needs, he has connections to a guy who build's custom furniture. Our custom desk is high quality, fits perfect with our showroom, didn't cost us an arm and a leg and was completed in a week. Thanks Western Interior Services. 2 thumbs up!"
