"I went in here for my patio to spice it up a little bit and within just 5 minutes of me looking, The guy told me to go to ikea because its less expensive, and treated me like i couldn't afford anything or like i was completely worthless. Maybe because i look different, i had just got off work and look a little bad. But definitely will never come back here. Ive worked in sales and id never make someone feel so bad just walking around. He basically told me to leave and go to ikea . I never even said my price range. Nasty behavior fire him. Hope you afford to lose your job."
"I was scrambling to find some chairs for a new patio piece my wife and I added, and it was very last minute for our July 4th party. I called Leisure Living on July 3rd and spoke with Joslyn who mentioned she felt they had something that would work for us and that they would be open for a few hours on July 4th. I stopped in on July 4th and we found chairs that would work for our needs. She was extremely helpful and patient as we went back and forth over options and various heights. Thank you, Joslyn for helping make our July 4th party a success. And the guys/gals at the warehouse were very kind and helpful in getting them loaded up. I'll be back for more outdoor living upgrades!"
"After spending many months pricing, shopping, researching, and finding nothing, we fell in love with the big box furniture stores a relative told us about Leisure Living Inc. What a find! To start with, the staff knows outdoor furniture and explains the manufacturing process, the durability, and the types of fabric used on cushions. The staff also shared how long manufacturers have been business. Their prices are within a few hundred dollars of big box stores, and they offer free delivery options, set up, and haul away all the cardboard and packaging, too. Free and ample parking behind the building. There is an elevator to access all three levels, and be sure to look in the basement for supper great deals."
"I love going to Leisure Living’s showroom in Sugar House. It always revives and excites my interests in outdoor relaxing and entertaining at home. Also should give a shout out to one of their service technicians, Todd, who’s kept our sweet L.L. giant deck umbrella maintained in tip top shape for a decade. We replaced the fabric after 5 or 6 years to a brighter color. It looks amazing, works like it’s new and provides tons of shade for our deck. At least go and check out their showroom!"
