"Honestly, one of the worst places I have ever been to. I have Invisalign, I was initially told it was only going to take 8-9 months for my minor corrections on my teeth. It’s been 2 years and I still am going through my treatment. Every time I get a new box of trays they say they are going to be there in 1-2 weeks. Well each time it has taken 2 months or longer to receive new box of trays. When I can finally get ahold of the place on the phone they say they can’t get me in for an appointment for about 2 months. I’m so sick of this place, not only do they suck at communicating, my teeth still look bad. They can’t move one tooth and I am definitely wearing my trays correctly. What a scam don’t waste your time here."

"I really wanted to love this place. The entire staff from reception to technician to doctor were all wonderful but communication just falls through. I went in for consultation on Invisalign and a night guard. After my consult I was told I’d receive a text and email later that day with information about my insurance coverage. I work healthcare so I know how crazy it can be. I patiently waited about a week assuming they were busy and still heard nothing so about a week and half later I called for an update. They didn’t have any information submitted and said to call back the following Monday so I did that and again they still hadn’t even reached out to my insurance to see what the coverage was. At this time I was told a note was left for the manager to get into contact with me (which I didn’t even request) so I had hope I could finally get set up at the very least with my mouth guard but unfortunately another two weeks has passed and they never called me."

"I'm about 8 months into the process & have been grateful for Dr. Young & his office for exceptional service the entire time. Dr Young is Probably the nicest & funnest human you could meet, & will go out of his way to help if you have questions or concerns & he treats people like people, not just like just like a patient or number. The office is always beautiful & clean & the staff have been kind and professional as well. I really hesitated for years to straighten my teeth & I'm so glad after interviewing a few offices that i chose this one. It's obvious to me why they have so many good reviews, but doesn't make sense to me that any one would ever have any thing negative to say."
