"STAY AWAY! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!! If I could give this place negative start I definitely would. Keep an eye on your services and treatments you get done every time you go if you want to avoid going to COLLECTIONS because they are not good at communicating that with you. They’ve lost a family of 4. I will never recommend this place to no one after this. First of all I want to say that the staff members are great, place is clean and new. One huge disappointment was how the billing department handles accounts. THEY ARE THE WORSE!!! For the last couple months I’ve been dealing with Summit dental for ortho about my daughter’s treatment that she started back in Sep 22 of 2022. My daughter has two insurances and I was told from day one that both insurances took care of 1,000 dollars each, leaving a remaining for me to finish paying off the rest, which I have been making my payments. They reached out to back in Feb2024 about a payment that the secondary insurance hasn’t pay off and threatened me to send me to collections if I don’t make the payment soon. Who the heck does this!???? Waits almost for treatment to be over and then let you know you are on your way to collections??? Summit dental is a joke. At first I thought it's probably just me having this issues until I checked you guys reviews and it looks like your billing department is the worse at taking care of payments and how things are handled with insurances. You guys waited almost two full years to let me know that I own money when I'm there every month for my daughters ortho appointments and no one ever said a thing to me about this? I'm super disappointed with Summit. I can't wait to be done with my daughter’s ortho in a few months. You guys just lost a family of 4. And if this continues I’m sure you guys will keep loosing more people. Sad because I really liked this place."

"I have been struggling with a crown and the the dentist did not stop until they fixed it and they got it right and after long months they finally got it fixed and I’m so happy and excited to be able to chew on that side. The staff are very kind and patient and the dentist at the summit office on 3200 are amazing."

"I’ve always had PTSD from this horrible dentist I went to as a child through my teenage years. Summit Dental made me so comfortable. My teeth are just beautiful they’re so nice there. Very quick appointment times I was in pain and they got me right in and I was done within 48 hours I will never go anywhere else. I would rate it at 10 stars if I could. Yesterday was my first visit after a hiatus from regular dental care due to some health issues, and I felt listened to, and feel like we will be working together like a team to get my oral health back on track. "The staff were amazing. From the receptionist, assistants and hygienists they were all so friendly. The dentists were also amazing. My 8 yr old daughter has major anxiety and had no problem getting her first cavity filled. She still doesn't even know she got a shot. Highly recommend!!"
