"I was recommended to have Dr. Lindgren do my 4 upper implants and I am so grateful I did. He and his staff were exceptional! I got to my appointment at 3pm, and Dr. Lindgren made it a point to finish with the patients he had at the time, so he could put his complete focus on the my implants. He was apologetic for the slight delay, but I recognized why he was a little late. Honestly, I felt special that he did just . Dr did a phenomenal job! He is super talented and gifted,and real! I am beyond grateful for the fantastic work he performed. He explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. He cares about the work he does. On one implant once he had it in, he was satisfied with the bone holding well enough, so he moved it. On another, he wasn’t satisfied with the angle so he straightened it. His exact words to me, if I didn’t correct that, I would lose sleep thinking about it. Now, that’s care! And, what Dr have you ever heard say that?! Their office closes at 5p normally, and we were there till almost 7p. No rush, and the staff stayed on as well, with no fuss! Can’t say enough about how great an experience I had with Dr. Lindgren and the Monarch staff. This is not my first implant either, so I have experience to compare with. I’d recommend this crew to anyone!"

"Seriously disappointed. I've been waiting on my $4300 refund for months. At this point it feels fraudulent. I will be filing fraudulent charges. *Follow up to your response to my review... It's strange but I can't respond to your response so I'll edit mine. I paid $4,300 in September for invisiline (another brand). I had .y teeth scanned and a follow up appt when the product arrives. I took time off work and was informed at the office that my product hasn't arrived. You took over a month after that trying to track it down. I've had to call you once or more a week to get information. You then informed me that my file was lost. (HIPAA Violation). I then requested a refund. I have been promised a refund for well over a month. It's seriously unfortunate that this is how Monarch currently does business. I am going to file at small claims court tomorrow if I do not receive it by then. I have been more than patient. I can honestly say this is the first negative review I have ever given. I don't recommend asking for more info on a review when it still hasn't been resolved. It's just more validation how Insignificant my lack of care has been handled that my calls weekly with no resolution and you still don't have the information?"
