"I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Talbot! I took my 6 year old son in to have an extraction done. My son was nervous but Dr Talbot made sure he felt comfortable. Truly we could not have had a better experience!! He was professional and so kind! We will definitely be back!"

"I have been going to Dr Talbot for many years. He always treats myself and my family with the upmost care and respect. The hygienist that is currently at the office is amazing. I left with a sparkling clean smile! My mouth felt so clean and fresh. Thanks Dr Talbot and team!"

"This was a nightmare. Full disclosure, I read the reviews before going in but to be honest I didn't believe them. Shame on me. First off, the ladies at reception were very very kind I will give them that; however, that's where the good experience stops. When I went and got X Rays the technician was at first kind, then once I got seated I could hear her loudly and clearly in the back with the one of the doctors. "Yup I should have taken that bet! It was (x) amount of years!" Talking about how long it's been since I've seen a dentist. I don't know if the employees/doctors know this but patients can hear every. single. word. that they are saying in the back regarding personal lives AND patient information. This wasn't just talking about me - I heard very clearly all of their spring plans, their love lives, their patients, etc. Lastly, the dentist was rather unkind. Just a note - using the phrase "Like Lipstick on a Pig" is not appropriate on any level when discussing a medical plan with your patient. I felt manipulated and downgraded. I understand it is a dentist's job to give you the facts, but he could do so without making the patient feel like they will lose every tooth in their mouth. I went in for a cleaning - didn't end up getting a cleaning. It was just a rough experience especially for someone who has a fear of dentists. Edit: Dr. Talbot did call my husband and apologize for what he said (concerning the pig comment) and that is appreciated. I will still be going to someone else; hopefully he takes better care with his future patients."

"I absolutely love this office! From the moment you walk in the door they’re so welcoming, informative on treatment that’s needed, and they just create an overall great experience. Especially for someone who is afraid of the dentist they made it so easy for me and I’ll definitely be returning!"

"I had an appointment this morning at 10. I was early and waited in the waiting room, which was fine, and taken back right at 10 to the exam room. There I sat for 25 minutes working up the courage to leave. Two employees came into the room at one point to grab some things and didn’t even acknowledge my presence in the room or apologize for the long wait. I was literally standing up to go when someone came in to grab me for dental X-rays. She did apologize for the wait and we got the the X-rays done quickly. She then put me back into the room and said we now needed to wait for the doctor. I sat for another 10 minutes in this room and finally stood up and looked down the hall. I could see the doctor sitting in his office casually chatting with the hygienist or tech who had gone to get him. I could hear them and they were just shooting the breeze. Another woman in scrubs asked if I needed anything as she saw me standing in the hall at this point. I informed her of my situation and said that I was just there for a cleaning and exam and I didn’t understand why my teeth weren’t being cleaned while we were waiting. She immediately apologized and took me to another room and started cleaning my teeth. While in there she introduced herself and said that she was there from an orthopedic surgeons office and was just helping out for the day. She was so kind and actually cared about my time and thoughts. While she was cleaning other members of the dental office came in and were confused as to why she was cleaning my teeth. They were rude to her and seemed to be upset that she was doing something that they were obviously incapable of doing at the time. Once she finished she apologized again and I was sent back to my original exam room. The doctor quickly came in and it was explained to me that he does an exam first and then they clean my teeth based on his findings. I was very confused but he quickly did his exam and left. They asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment then and I declined. I left the office 1 hour and 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because my teeth are clean."
