"One resident claims she is the manager, SHE IS NOT, she also is in everyone's business. This place is METH HEAD central. Full of cockroaches. The same woman mentioned above and her sister also broke into somebody's car when they got arrested and stole all their money and personal belongings out of the car on the property. They are always in everybody's business and will bang on your doors all hours of the night. Avoid this place like you with the plague."
