Northridge Villas Apartments

"I am so happy with my new home here. I had been struggling to find a place I loved and had viewed probably 20 properties before I was referred to Northridge Villas. These are not your cookie cutter apartments and townhomes, they are very unique and beautifully done inside. The neighborhood is well kept and feels very safe. My kids love having the playground and getting to play with the neighborhood children. Pet friendly, kid friendly, budget friendly. We plan to stay here for a long time. Tiffani is a great manager, so professional and kind."

"We have lived here since 2021. The current property staff: Tiffani as Northridge Villas Management and Anthony and Justin as the maintenance team, have brought a better quality of life and morale to the community. Northridge Villas is a safe community for all ages. We can roam about the complex safely because the tenants are good people. This complex is conveniently located in Sherman. You have many shops and restaurants close by."

"It is a good and safe place to live, Tiffani (the property manager) is always helpful to our needs , and quick to attend to any problems that arise. Recently we had concerns with the apartment, but all our maintenance issues were immediately addressed, they fixed it all by replacing with new things. Timely and friendly response to all our concerns is a pleasure to have, honestly it makes our living experience better and will always recommend it to other people."

"This would be 0 starts of possible. After of year of nothing working and work requests being ignored in 2022, I finally forced my sons to move. The stove didn't work. The AC didn't work. There were exposed wires and vents. Multiple requests for repairs were submitted and ignored. When a new ac unit was finally available, it was given to a tenant that complained more and a window unit was provided. We understand stuff happens and maybe they tried as hard as possible. The final insult came when they provided notice to vacate in January to the apartment manager. In March they were informed the new owners "couldn't find" any notice. After moving out, they were hit with a $2400 fine even though the apartment was occupied a couple of weeks later. They sent to a collection agency that was beyond horrible and to date, everyone has refused to provide a simple invoice that justifies the charges. It's always "well it's in your lease". If this is the only place you can afford, take a ton of photos when moving in. Get them to sign everything in writing, take photos of them signing the documents, save the documents and keep the copies a year after moving out. Good luck if you decide to call this s hole home. BTW, we paid the ridiculous fee because - this post is about the entire experience and the absolute incompetence of the management and ownership of this community."

"Absolutely love being here, there's a park right on property that the kiddos absolutely love. Very pet friendly environment and the grounds always look pristine. It's a very quiet and laid back community. On top of all that, the staff is very professional and attentive to their work. Maintenance (Justin and Anthony) are very timely and courteous when it comes to getting the work orders done. You always see them busy tending to something on property, and they have no problem stopping and answering questions you may have. The office staff (Tiffani) is an absolute angel. She's got an answer for every question you have and makes it a point to find one if she doesn't have one. Would absolutely recommend visiting here and looking into an apartment!"
