"My experience at Steeple Chase Farms has been great due to location, amenities in the community, and Makayla from the front office staff. Since my move in, Makayla has been the best with accommodating me with great communication, great attitude and great service. Overall, she’s a great asset to this property. I'm renewing my lease because I feel so comfortable and safe here. I definitely recommend Makayla for your speedy move in and comfortable stay at this beautiful residence."
"This apt is ran by morons. Delivery people can't get in. If you are handicap they don't care. Gate has no code so you can't give it to Walmart or Amazon or Pizza delivery. If they come you have to meet them at the gate. Ridiculous.. Management doesn't understand most people get deliveries on weekends or have no control over FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL etc delivery drivers who if they can't get in you don't get your packages. If you get deliveries of any kind don't live here. There needs to be a code box for them to get in. There used to be but they took it out. ReTHink living here.. Also yes you can remotely let them in only thing is you are home or standing by gate with clicker to let them in. Remotely but must be. Home People work and can't sit at gate all day waiting on deliveries."
"I just adore the ladies in the office and I enjoy living here.. very safe very comfortable and very nice and they always go above and beyond for me anyway they can. Im happy to say or call this place my home.."
"I loved living there. My apartment was spacious and never had a problem. I miss living there but I had a had problems with my upstairs neighbors, called to complain about how they were loud at night but management didn't do much about it. Other then that, this place was great. I hope one day I can return there"
