Was demanded (everyday for 5 days before the whole frickin king equipment was even delivered) to park other than my usual everyday parking spot only for the Apartments equipment to take all of 1 hour delivered!"

"I definitely feel the love and understanding in this complex, we all come together as a community for the hardest times of our life’s. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. All the office staff is incredibly nice! They be as understanding as possible within reason! Anytime I have an issue it is QUICKLY resolved and people can’t say that for other places. I’ve grown to love this place more and more! This is where I’m glad to say my kids and I live. We have a very peaceful and happy area. Very safe! The apartments are HUGE! I’ve been blessed to live at hilltop and plan on staying for quite some time. Hilltop you’ve got some wonderful employees that make this whole experience even better, wonderful job on picking your “front line faces”"

"They only thing I did like about this complex was that the bedrooms were larger that most apartments in the area. The office controls the central heat and air and does not turn it one until mid summer and mid winter. Repairs were not made in a timely manner and you are subject to inspections every couple of months even if you are not part of the housing assistance program. The staff especially Candi have terrible people and customer service skills. Candi is rude and an outright liar. I lost my job and needed to move out so I gave 30 days notice as stated in my lease. The day I moved (just before 4th of July) our AC was not working which happens all the time but I still cleaned the apartment top to bottom (base boards, walls cabinets, etc) in the heat and turned my keys in after I was finished. Six months later when I applied for an apartment Candi told the property owner that I left my apartment trashed with furniture everywhere and holes in the walls. I was shocked and in disbelief. Almost a year after I moved I found out that Candi filed eviction on me in AUGUST, but I had already moved out in JULY. When I asked the court how they could let this happen when I was not even living there anymore they told me I would have to get an attorney to try to resolve the issue. I would warn anyone when you are ready to move out take pictures and video of the condition you leave the apartment is so this does not happen to you."
