"This place is discussing they do not fix anything and they will allow you to move in with bugs everywhere the do not answer your calls or send the proper help when needed I do not recommend anyone to live there the whole complex needs to put tore down expeditiously!"
"So disgusted and appalled about the amount you have to pay for roaches in the apartment(s), the dishwasher leaks out the bottom, the drawers in kitchen janky. Also, one bathroom toilet doesn’t work, when both should work.. the list goes on. AND, my friend just moved in!! What a nightmare!!!!"
"On my third year living at ridgeview and ill be honest about it having its ups and downs with the management changes till we got Lindsey, she is awesome. Ridgeview hasnt been a better community with her. We have certain events hosted by the office like pool parties and friends giving. Somedays we have food in the office and its a pretty decent price especially nowadays for what youre getting into. Go definitely check this out if you need a nice affordable place to live. Been a great time here!"
"The manager is friendly the maintenance is outgoing. This is a quiet place. They will work with you and getting things done super friendly place.. I like going to talk to the manager because she’s super easy to talk to. It’s a nice place to live because it’s close to stores."
"These apartments are horrible. I do not recommend. I house sat for my friend and the a/c went out. I called the office and let them know, it took them 48 hours before they came. Once they did they let me know the problem, brought in a small window unit to cool the whole apartment and said they will fix the issue Monday when the part arrives. Of course Monday arrives and no show. 3 weeks later they decided to bring another unit and say that they haven’t had maintenance. Mind you there are kids inside the unit. Now they claim they will get it done top priority and we know how that’s going to go. Good luck."
