"This is the worst place to live! Don’t move in at all!!! Save your money and go someplace else!! When we moved out, they told us we could not get our $600 security deposit back because of one little piece of carpet being messed up. Then after we moved out, Jamie called us and said we owed a balance of roughly $500. Property manager/leasing manager, Debbie, said we could pay monthly installments until paid in full. However after the balance was paid in full, they put it on to collections on my credit."
"Great place to live. Been five years here. Maintenance always fixes any issue that I have. Management always nice and helpful. They keep the trash picked up all the time. Shout out to Jamie, she is picking up trash all the time to keep the place looking nice. Parking can be a bit full and rent goes up everytime you resign your lease. Those things are normal for most apartments. Highly recommended to live here."
"These are very nice apartments. Based on my experience it is well kept, and the management is professional. The public areas are always kept up. They have a nice size swimming pool and picnic area where you can grill out. There is a fitness center and laundry facilities on site. The maintenance people are great and usually quick to respond if you have any problems. Based on Apartments in Sherman/Denison, the prices are good. If you're looking for an apartment, definitely check these out!"
"Lived here for 3 years and it was an incredible experience. By far the best staff of any apartment I have ever lived in. They always answered the phone, always were excited to see me and I genuinely am never going to find another place like this one. Maintenance requests were almost always handled same day, and the apartment itself was nice as well. Thank you so much Jamie and Rolland!"
"I’ve been here for three years now and love it. Staff is excellent. Folks have complained about the price on here. I highly doubt they have lived at other complexes in the area. You get what you pay for. Great place to live."
