"I was initially thrilled about moving into this complex because my sister lived here, but my excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. Let me tell you, the state of this place is beyond frustrating! When I moved in, the apartment was an absolute disaster—it was disgustingly dirty, the refrigerator was on the fritz, and don't even get me started on the garbage disposal! It's been four agonizing days since I moved in, and there's this putrid smell coming from the garbage disposal that's driving me insane! I've stormed into the office countless times to complain, but it's like talking to a brick wall - no one seems to give a darn! I am beyond livid with the sheer lack of professionalism, the utter filthiness of this place, and the complete lack of urgency in fixing anything! It's absolutely infuriating! I mean from Ashley the manager to Danielle who leased out the apartment to me, no one seems to be bothered. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I regret moving here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"Northside on Travis has been my home now for almost 2 years. Management is very flexible when you communicate with them and kind. The grounds are always kept so well and it is a very quiet community. The staff does their best to uphold corporate policies and is very clear about contingencies and fees, I noticed a lot of negative reviews seem to be due from personal negligence to review those policies."

"Moved here last yr . Love the promptness of maintenance they put handicap bars up since my apt technically not one since I’m wheel chair bound so I can shower . Ashley and John and Blake and rest of staff are always very curtious to me . Since I’m from out of state I like that they bug spray the apartments and give me time to get to the door as I’m not very mobile . The office allows me to do paperwork signing from my apartment when I need to and is very prompt at my renewals and things . I enjoy the view from my apartment and feel very safe here . Concha Morrison"

"While visiting friends at this property, I have observed ants in the apartment, there is pet waste all over the place, anytime they have had to deal with management (Ashley), she has been rude, condescending, and unhelpful - on a seriously unnecessary power trip. This place needs a new management company, new on site people that actually care about keeping tenants, and a serious rebranding, because there are many better options out there for the same $$ or less."
