"I had many issues with the original handler of my shipment but Trinity, as a 3rd party, was helpful, informative, prompt and friendly when they picked up my shipment. Their customer service was outstanding and professional. I would definitely recommend them."

"They contract for Pilot. I was expecting a package shipped via Pilot Freight, and Pilot handed it off to Trinity for the last mile. Pilot also sent an email with a scheduled delivery date of Monday. However, Trinity attempted delivery on Friday and when I called to discuss rescheduling delivery, was met with Stephanie who was rude and said it was my fault for not checking my voicemail, that they don't honor Pilot's delivery appointments, and that I'll get my package the next time they can set up a route to my area. Very unprofessional and was rather put off at the fact that they have to redeliver, however if they just performed delivery according to what I was originally told, all of this could have been avoided. The rating is solely based on the customer support I received from Trinity and specifically Stephanie."
