"My husband goes to this restaurant once a month for me. I love their sandwiches especially spicy Italian. Today just like 6 months ago my sandwich was sub par... The bread was so soggy it was hard to bite into. Obviously the sandwich had been made early and set there for quite some time. I know this because I cut them in half and put half in the fridge for dinner. I really hate this but I won't be asking him to go again. I think your meat is superb and everything is fresh but you can't make it ahead and put it on the bread. I hope that I am able to find something comparable because I will miss Jimmy John's."
"Totally not impressed at all. Walked in boxes everywhere. Walk way way cluttered. The customer service was awful! Never been inside to this location. No help on the menu. Ice machine had no ice, all sodas were flat. I told the gentleman working the drive through. But nothing was done till another complaint.No salt or pepper accessible because there was no flavor. No knife to cut the huge sandwich in half. Not impressed at all. Especially since I’m a kitchen manager myself. Not impressed at all!!!"
"I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s. I ordered a ham & cheese slim. The sandwich had 1 thin slice of ham & 1/2 slice of cheese for $6 (just the sandwich). They are taking shrinkflation to a whole new level."

"To summarize: this Jimmy John’s is “Freaky Slow”. We ordered through DoorDash and it took them an hour to make and have our food delivered, even though we were less than half a mile from the store. We called about thirty minutes in to check what the heck was happening and the dude just answers with “hello”. We didn’t even know if we had reached Jimmy John’s or not. Bad customer service and or training. Our food was accurate at least. Unfortunately they put about half less ingredients on my sandwich than any other store ever has so I mostly just tasted bread. I really hope this store can make some improvements and that DoorDash will take them off their list."
