"I had a larger package that was shipped through ABF and I was concerned because I had never had a package shipped through them. I got a call from ABF to set up a delivery. Amber was extremely nice and professional. Due to miscommunication on my part, I ended up going up to the local warehouse/ distribution center. Amber and Dianne were both extremely nice and understanding. They helped me out tremendously and quickly. Jerry was in the warehouse, running the forlift. He loaded me up very carefully and was also extremely nice. Thank you for the excellent customer service to my local ABF Freight!"

So I called Sherman ABF location, and then Dallas ABF and neither one would guarantee a 9/1 delivery. So since this was a birthday gift for my 81 year old husband; I decided enough put off was enough so I called B & H and told them I had to cancel and head to local retail stores and try to find another TV."
