Domino's Pizza

"Pizza tracker was down. No one was at counter when I arrived. Had to say " hello is anyone here?" to have someone come out and give me service."

"I was bummed because I'm a regular customer. I arrived at the drive thru window to pickup all the girl was interested in was collecting a tip she underlined and everything. I'm picking this up your handing me out a window. If it's delivered I always tip $8-$10 no problem. Once I handed her back receipt she looks at it hands it back to me closes window. Ummm ok....I get home to look at my order they couldn't even cut it. I'm so glad I didn't tip for the rediculous service received !!!!"

"I have been eating way too much pizza since I found out this place takes the time and care to give me a safe gluten free pizza. :) Let them know you have an allergy and Katy and the rest of the staff are great at making sure it’s “safe.” I have even been called after placing an online order just to verify something they might see is different from my usual. Very, very happy with this Domino’s! And they are amazingly fast at getting our pizzas made! My entire family (I am the only one gluten free btw) loves these pizzas."

"Ordered pizza online and just shy of the 1-hour mark I called the store to see what was going on as I had not received it yet. apparently my order had gotten confused with another order so they were remaking it. I was frustrated and asked why I wasn't contacted and made aware of the issue, unfortunately the employee who answered the phone got the brunt of my frustration even though I'm sure the error was not on their part specifically. I hung up frustrated with the offer of a free dessert. After a couple of minutes the store manager Katie contacted me back and told me my order would be cancelled and refunded and the remake was on its way. The 4 stars is for Katie's efforts to make it right. Unfortunately I just can't give five stars for an order that took over an hour to get."

"Google says the store is open until 1am on weekdays but they close at midnight and apparently have been doing so for the past 3 years. No one bothered to update the Google listing. As a manager responsible for keeping my business hours updated on Google this is a pet peeve of mine. There's no reason for it other than laziness. Also the owner, or whoever responds to all the bad reviews saying to email domiman at aol is only doing it for appearances. My wife had multiple bad experiences in a row with another location and left a review, which rendered the same response (all Domino's in the area are owned by the same guy). She emailed multiple times, hoping they would attempt to make up for the wasted money and bad pizzas we received, and never received a response. They care enough to keep up appearance in front of the public but not enough to actually follow through and try to make things right. We're done ordering from any of the domino's owned by Steve Palmer."
