I have been to 10+ bike shops and had numerous mechanics work on my bike throughout the years. The treatment that I receive at other bike shops pales in comparison to the attention to detail that I get at Trek Centerville. Matt is the most genuine, down to earth person in the industry. He has the most incredible knowledge of components and an attention to detail that is a pleasure to witness and have work on my race bike. Sam is the other gem at Trek Centerville. He set me up on my Supercal which has become almost a companion of sorts and for that I owe him. He loves what he does and is super knowledgeable. Matt and Sam have made Trek Centerville the the ultimate bike shop of which I am now a regular. Their shops is the only shop I trust enough with my bike anymore and hope others can experience the same level of customer service that I experience there."
