"I had a great time shopping at Kohl's, even though I wasn't looking for anything specific. The store is always clean and well organized. During the short time I was there I briefly chatted with two different very cheerful associates who were straightening merchandise. I asked a few questions at Customer Service and both ladies were friendly and helpful. Talita was the cashier and Kohl's is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee - cheerful, friendly, helpful, and with a beautiful smile!"
"Talita at the Centerville Kohl's was delightful! She greeted us when we entered the store like she was really happy we were visiting. We ended up in her line at checkout also and she was charming, quick, and expert in processing all of our items, even with multiple different sale items and coupons. All around excellent service.
