"They closed all self checkout except for 3 of them. Had to wait 25 minutes in a line to purchase 3 items. I asked the cashier what was the issue and she advised that they are looking into requiring Walmart+ for self checkout. You want me to pay for your subscription, so I can scan and bag my own groceries? Pathetic business practice for a company whose gross profit was 147 BILLION in 2023."
"Team Lead Mary at customer service went above and beyond for me this afternoon. My card was having an error being read and she took it upon herself to take care of the groceries for me on her own behalf. I have never experienced such an act of kindness and she made my entire month by doing this. If we had more people in the world like Mary I believe this world would be a way better place. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and kindness you showed me at Walmart today. You are the best!"
"If you’re close to this Walmart Supercenter. It’s the best one north of Sandy. They have a garden center so they have way more inventory during the holidays and summer. Large pharmacy with amazing staff. They just remodeled the store and it looks great and the self-checkout is actually intuitive and if you do need help there is someone there. I like that they have larger areas than most stores for scanning items. It’s funny saying it but this is one the nicest Walmart I’ve been in and I actually recommend."
"Although it’s a MADHOUSE during Christmas, we still managed to get through checkout quickly and find what we needed. The bathrooms are also SUPER CLEAN! I’m quite impressed. Thanks Centerville Walmart and Merry Christmas!"
"Love the redesign! Much faster checkout and easier functionality on the app too. To be honest, if you need to go to Walmart, the few that are nice, this is one of them. It has a garden center also which is nice."
