"Great place with outstanding customer service!"

"Went there to have my new car key cut. It is a self programming chipped key. I asked 3 people if they could do it. Finally someone looked it up and said that he can but....sooo I asked again how much? He said $99 to cut and program. Apparently showing him the key blank and saying it was a chip key and I can program it did not get through. So I drove to Mac's lock and key in Bountiful and paid $4 to them to cut my blank key. Then I programmed it in 5 seconds by the instructions."

"I go in to spend about 500.00 dollars the clerk tells me go home and order it on line. Just no such thing as customer service anymore."

"It's close to home and the first place I go to before the big hardware stores. And I don't mind spending a little more money for the items..."

"Way to keep up on your Google page guys. Thanks for wasting my time. If you’re closing at seven, then you need to put on the Internet that you close at seven, not eight."
