"Up to now I have been relatively pleased with this business. But after a couple years the head rests on the hot tub we purchased from them began to deteriorate despite following their instructions to a tee. After a conversation via text with them I was told they knew there was problem with these and because of that I could get them at 45% off the list price and was quoted a dollar figure to replace all six defective units. While not completely pleased with that resolution I decided I could live with it. Today I went in to take them up on the offer and they said the quote was no good. They would offer 45% off the list price but said the dollar amount I was quoted was THEIR ERROR and refused to honor it. THEIR ERROR cost me over $100. If you don't want to pay for someone else's mistakes I would suggest you do business elsewhere . I know I will!!"

"We are in month three of our Bullfrog and love it. We love the different jet packs, the tiny difference in the electric bill, and the exceptional customer service. We have had a few electronic glitches but they have come out and worked on the spa and we are confident that everything will work long term. They are friendly, easy to work with and the spa has been a family gathering place. We are so happy and would highly recommend Bullfrog to everyone. It has been a good experience and very relaxing."
