"I had the most pleasant experience at Home Depot yesterday! The person in charge of self check was gracious, helpful an exceptional kind. Her name is Sabrina and actually offered to help install a dead bolt when she got off work. I have never received that kind of sincere offer. EVER! I hope Jason Hayes, the Store Manager sees this. Sabrina is extraordinary."
"I meant to write this a month or so ago but, work and life gets busy. But, I didn't forget! We went in to the Ogden location for some various and sundry items when we suddenly saw a fridge displayed on the floor that was on sale. This particular fridge looks like a vintage relic of one my grandmother used to have when I was a kid. And, it was shiny RED! It isn't a full size fridge, but not a mini one either. It was perfect to put in my bar at home. The person that helped me was John Moody. Not only was he knowledgeable about anything I asked in regards to appliances, but he was just as excited as me for finding and loving this fridge! He cleaned all of the fingerprints off of it and wrapped it up nice and tight with shrink wrap for me. And, he even helped me load it into my truck. His customer service was far and beyond anything I would expect and made the whole experience fun and easy. If I could give him a 10 instead of a 5, I surely would! Hands down, Home Depot has found a GEM with John Moody! :)"
"It's ok, with the pandemic they've really cut back on everything in their stores. I almost always try to buy local to help keep the local stores open. But with the cost of gas I'm giving up and buying on line. They need to let their MBA's know if they go out of business it's their fault."
"Staff is extremely helpful. Store is clean. Usually has anything I need. I enter the store too often, but I'm glad it's nearby. Edit... So I was returning something today and most of the staff were so unhappy during the process.. not sure what happened to Thier customer service training but it definitely didn't show today"
