"**HEADS UP** This store closes before the posted store hours which is ILLEGAL. My daughter and I arrived to Dollar Tree on Tuesday March 26th at 9:50 pm the store hours are 8am-10pm. At 9:52 the doors were already locked and the employees working refused to open the door and then proceeded to yell through the locked glass door to my daughter that they were closed and told her to leave. My daughter explained she only needed to grab 2 items, the women said just leave were closed. WHAT BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think this type of incident should go to Corporate. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! We won't be back to that Dollar Tree again and this was the only one we would ever shop at. :( :("
"The store often has their electronics and beauty items out of stock. They also tend to be understaffed. Otherwise just like any other Dollar Tree."
"They had great items as always! I picked up a pink holiday tree and ornaments to make a Easter tree and also got some seeds and potting soil to start some flowers and plants inside for spring outside!"
"Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable always willing to check in the back for anything I need. Manager is always there and works hard along with her staff . My favorite Dollar Tree!!"
"While I love the store, I did not have a great expierence while there. I ended up calling the store manager after leaving and voiced my complaints and was told that the employee was new and it was her 2nd day. I understand, and explained that I still wanted to make a complaint as I asked a question while checking out and the employee told me they did not have tap, when i found out after going through the line the 2nd time that they indeed they do. I understand holidays and being busy as I also worked in retail but the fact that I had to make half a purchase, leave to get cash as i am waiting on a replacement debit card, then come back to wait in the long line again because I was told, "oh that's what you were asking, I thought it was something else" is a bit ridiculous. I also felt that the store manager did not take my complaint seriously when I was making the complaint."
