"This is the 2nd time in about a month that I’ve taken my son and his friends here to go thrifting. The first time, one of the boys didn’t have enough money so he had to get an item voided. The lady was annoyed but voided it than walked away. I would think their process was to take the item at the time they good it. Guess not. So cause he was embarrassed he just grabbed all the clothes and tried to leave after he laid not realizing the voided item that he didn’t pay for was still there. They were awful about it. Caused such a spectacle and embarrassed him even more. Today, one of the boys in the group left his $5 change in the change dispenser at the self checkout by mistake. When one of the boys went back for him to ask for it since he was shy the lady refused to give it back to him. When the boys came to my car and told me I had to go in and ask the lady for it and she said that since it was a different boy than who left it they couldn’t give it back even though he was standing right there just too shy to ask for it. So they were just going to keep it? Unreal. I realize teenaged boys can be annoying and thrifting is crazy popular but they still deserve ti be treated decent and not treated like garbage and taken advantage of."

"I found a sweatshirt that I loved, and it was perfect for the project I was doing. When I got to the cash register I told the employee that the sweatshirt didn’t have a tag on it. I assumed she would just price check it or just estimate what it would be. She said that the store has a new policy where if something doesn’t have a tag that they couldn’t sell it and it had to be moved to the back to go through the process again. I mean seriously?? I understand that it is to prevent tag popping but I wasn’t stealing, it just didn’t have a tag on it! And I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just ran to the back and checked it if it was going to be a big deal. She was extremely rude about it, and even had the audacity to say I should just go back and find something else, as if this isn’t a thrift store and everything isn’t one of a kind! This new policy is terrible customer service."

"Great and ever-changing selection of clothing (including swimwear) for men, women & children, household items like furniture and appliances. I’d go elsewhere if you want a large assortment of used books. Also has DVDs and cassettes, whatever people donate, really. We lucked out with a xylophone. Helpful service, but note the exchange policy : Échanges must be done in exchange for another purchase. NO STORE CREDIT. It’s company policy. Thankfully, exchanges (must have receipt, must have original tags on) can be done at any Savers thrift shop nation-wide."

"Thrift shopping at its best! Savers is well organized with a huge variety of pre-loved (and sometimes new), name-brand items in good shape. I love finding good deals here, plus their customer loyalty program is great."
