Domino's Pizza

"They get an A for effort. It's a high volume chain pizza place with a lot of turnover of employees. Given all of that, everyone is nice with their greetings and fixes any mistakes quickly. This hadn't a critique on the store, but I'm hoping someone from Domino's will read this, please give me an estimate of time before I order. I can then shop for the best time in my area for carry out."

"Used to have some issues with timing at this location, but I think they’ve gotten new staff. The manager tonight was awesome, one of our pizzas was wrong but he was on top of getting it fixed for us asap and was so kind. Staff was on top of a Saturday rush and working together super well. Pizzas tasted amazing too. Thank you all for working so hard, you deserve all the praise!"

"It took over 2 hours to get our order cold and without sauce. I had guests and I ordered pizza. Since I was entertaining, I ordered delivery even though we live less than 500ft from our local Domino’s location. After it had been in “quality check” for over half an hour, I walked over to pick it up myself. It was already out for delivery. Over half an hour later I met the delivery guy across the street. He didn’t say “hi” or anything. Just acted annoyed as he handed me my pizzas and soda. The order was ice cold and coagulated. I called the shop and the manager reluctantly agreed to the-fire the order. I walked over again to get it. I was screamed at by an employee when he announced my order and placed it on a shelf without looking to see if I was there and I thought I was supposed to reach over to the shelf and get it myself. At that point, it had been over two hours I had been trying to get something I could feed my guests. When I got home, I discovered that none of the pizzas had any sauce on them! I was too fed up to care but I resolved to leave this review."

"Ordered carryout, and arrived when my order was ready only find that they accidentally gave it to the wrong person. Then I waited as they remade my pizza and they forgot to cut it (pictured). I try to be positive in my reviews, but the back to back mistakes sends this to the bottom of my list. The dine-in area was clean, although I have to wonder if that’s simply from lack of use."

"I ordered online, which was user-friendly and quick. This location didn’t follow the order on the receipt, however, and the cheese was burned black on both the pizza and tots (shown below). Our family loves Dominos, but we’ve had better luck at the other locations."
