"TLDR; Repeated myself way too many times, still received the wrong menu item, had indifferent service, and the food was nasty. I went through the drive-thru today, after a bad day. After a few seconds of waiting, they asked me through the menu board what I wanted today. I asked them, "In your opinion, what on your menu is the quickest cure for a bad day?" They asked me to repeat myself, which is fine. I repeated my question slower and louder. They asked me to repeat myself a third time. And I gave up and just asked for the A3, Coney Chili Dog. They repeated my choice back to me and asked if I wanted just the dog or the combo. I said "The combo, please." They asked if I was asking for a corn dog (???). I repeated myself louder and slower, practically shouting at the menu board, "No the COMBO, please." A few seconds passed, then they said, "Alright, that'll be ready at the window." I get to the window and they tell me the price ($4 something). I ask, "That's for the combo, right?" "Oh, you wanted the combo?" "Yes, please." They change the order, ring it in, charge me, and tell the packers that it's supposed to be a combo. After a few moments of waiting, they ask me to roll up to the exit "Thank You" sign and wait there. Now, there's nobody waiting behind me - not even at the menu board. I'm the only car there. And I know that fast food places like this KFC/A&W track their drive-thru times. So this employee asked me to move past the window so their drive-thru scores wouldn't hurt as much, because there was nobody else waiting behind me. Next time, you can face the consequences of your own service and not inconvenience me to pretend you're doing good service through the drive-thru. So, I'm waiting at the exit sign and I watch an employee bring my food out of the other side of the restaurant and walk across the lawn of grass to me. Making me wait even longer for my food. I just take it, say thank you without a fuss, and leave. I open the bag once I'm back at my workplace, and I find they got me the A4, Chili Cheese Dog, which isn't what I ordered from the beginning. This may not seem like much, but I don't like melted cheese on my hotdogs. Not to mention the bun was so soggy and fell apart in my hands 5 minutes after I ordered it and tried to eat it. Grossest thing I've had in a while. I can't believe they got so many common sense things wrong today and I'll tell you one thing - my bad day did not go away. Never going to that location again, unless they got a good apology for their impersonal service. Didn't even smile or say "Have a good day." Common sense, people, I worked in fast food too."

"Had to wait for a pot pie since it is combined with KFC. Watched them put my daughters hamburger in the bag and keep it under the lamp for the 10 minutes it took to finish the pot pie. When I confronted them they lied to me telling me it was fresh..."

"It was a KFC/A&W restaurant. We did KFC. The coleslaw was all juice. The chicken fried chicken was like a dried out biscuit. And the plastic utensils were a joke. I would have been better off getting a burger from the A&W side."

"That was by far the absolute best food I’ve ever had at an A&W and almost at any fast food restaurant! If it was like this everytime there would be a waiting list out the door. Keep it up and I’ll come back too much. Thank you! (Picture for date and time. Please reward everyone working at this time!)"

"They were nice but does this $7 burger look appetizing? It is so oily. When you bite it the patties all melt together they dont feel like singular patties. Oil drips down your hands and it is all you taste. Super thin Buns! Super thin. Barely notice them there. No tomatoes or Lettuce or anything else on it! Whack man"
