Café Zupas

"Most of the time, when I go to lunch with a friend, we go to Zupas. I love the variety of food. We can add and subtract food from the dishes and the servers are always so friendly. One server in particular is Jason. Such an awesome guy! He's very conscientious of the customer's wants and needs. I've talked with him several times and he's great! Tom is another friendly server. Always very helpful. Eat at Zupas people!"

"I really love the Cafe Zupas chain, however this location is not my favorite. I’ve gone a couple times since it is the closest to where I live but the food just is not as fresh and it is not as clean as other locations. The food is still decent, just not at the standard of the other locations I have been to."

"This location has been pretty disappointing lately, usually they forget the little complimentary sides. This time I decided to order the power bowl because it looked great online, in person it was less than disappointing, haven’t been having great experiences here, hopefully they can improve!"

"Alright folks. Zupas uses good ingredients generally, and the flavor is typically good. Normally the problem is that they just don’t give much food and you are hungry by the time you finish eating. If you’ll notice in the pics, half the pesto chicken sandwich had 1 piece of chicken… the rest was dry bread with a slice of cheese on it (part of it had a tomato on it.) other side wasn’t much better. Then, the cookie, was dry and hard where it had been dipped. Normally their cookies are great. I like to put on five star reviews and to be pleased with my food, but this was not a good experience."

"Whenever I come to Utah for the winter from Florida, and make sure I get as many mills as I can ear because the taste of everything is mouthwatering. Unfortunately, it seems that every time I go to any Zupas all of the tables and chairs are dirty and the trash bins are overfilled with trash along with serve yourself drinks are gross. With this being local to the owners, I hope they know the condition that is portrayed to customers. After having it for lunch I wanted to come back again for dinner just to give it another warm welcome but unfortunately after completing my order at the very end on the app, it told me I was too late. So I went inside just before nine and they told me too bad that they are closed. So I went to café Rio, Mexican Grill, which is in the same parking lot and open till 10. Everything is clean from tables to drink dispensers, and the food was extremely fresh. I will come back to both again with hopes that.Zupas cleans up their act, because I would love to see one in Florida."
