"I recently moved to Utah and needed to find a vehicle more suitable for the weather. After doing extensive research, I narrowed down what I wanted and began my search. I test drove a few vehicles and had actually found one that I was planning on getting. I still had an appointment to keep at Young Subaru in Riverdale so I made my way there. Marcus began helping me but he was awaiting customers. Upon their arrival, he turned me over to Robert. I was very impressed by the vast amount of knowledge Robert had on each of the vehicles, as well as how very kind, thoughtful and helpful he was. He kept saying it was his job but I could tell that this was natural for him. With his team, he set out to find exactly what I was looking for. They found the exact build I wanted, and got me a price I couldn’t refuse. I was securing my own funding so I knew it would be a few days before I could get my new car. I did all of the paperwork that night. Robert was very communicative throughout the process, making sure he was available if I needed assistance. When I was able to pick up my Subaru (Outback Onyx), he made sure to go through each and every aspect of my vehicle, making sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. He then followed up the next day to make sure I was doing well, and if I had any questions. I have never liked shopping on a lot because of pushy sales people who don’t care about you.
