"My check engine light turned on so I went in to have them diagnose it. There was an older employee with a mustache that helped me. He was a complete jerk from start to finish. COMPLETE JERK. I was appalled. I couldn’t ask a question without him talking to me like I was an idiot or getting frustrated with me. I could barely say anything without him rolling his eyes or scoffing. I can’t even explain how poorly he treated me and it was totally unwarranted, I was kind and patient the whole time. I did nothing to deserve that treatment. The last thing he said before moving on to the next customer was “AM I DONE WITH YOU NOW??” That guy could’ve just been having a bad day but sheesh, he was old enough to know that he should treat people better. Horrible customer service. This happened Monday, February 19 a little after 2:00 pm."

"The manager "Rich",helped me change out a battery that was absolutely a pain in the butt to do. I needed help because I have a bad back. He spent at least an hour helping me until it got done. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences shopping here. Whenever the other locations are out of something,this location usually has it. Thank you so much again Rich for your help and friendliness."

"Brenden H? I called today regarding my battery warranty spoke with a gal on phone nice girl! 5 stars to her. Now brenden the manager wow! I came in waited he did not look happy to be there. So I said a called earlier to test my battery, he did not acknowledge anything I said, I asked what the conclusion was… nothing he just turned put the tester machine away mumbled went and grabbed a new battery I was trying to ask him about battery again nothing. What a disservice, he just told me what’s your phone number when I asked the conclusion, so I’m guessing it was a bad battery, no how can I help? let me check that for you! the end result? let’s get that switched out! nothing what a joke! So my dad kindly yelled while walking out have a nice day brenden and please work on Your people skills. He just walked away. Do better with who you choose as leadership I know the world is awfull and struggling he is just making it worse. I’ll never deal with that guy again I’ll ask for someone else.
