"I called to see when my prescription would be ready and they told me 12:30pm and I mentioned I don't like having to come back because I'll get a robot call saying my prescription is ready but when I go pick it up they tell me it's not and that I'll have to come back later. So I called and specifically asked when it'd be ready because I really don't want to go back and forth. They told me 12:30 and guess what, it wasn't ready."

"There is no point in scheduling an appointment here. If they are busy they will not honor your appointment time. Waited an hour and still did not give me the shot I came on time for. Terrible service, what is the point of making an appointment if it is not honored?"

"The past two times I’ve come here the pharmacists were super nice. But today I called to ask if my husband could pick up my prescription for me and the girl on the phone was SO unnecessarily rude. I asked and she said “yeah. Why not?” Her tone was demeaning and she was talking to me like I was stupid. I am very new to the pharmacy world as I have never been on medication until recently. So I don’t know the rules and regulations when it comes to medicine. That’s ‘why not’. I don’t care how busy you are, it is so unkind to treat people this way. Our 30 second phone call could have even been 10 seconds had she just answered my question instead of responding with unneeded attitude and belittling tones. I am so tired of businesses just treating people badly for no good reason. I went on a trip out of state a few months ago and it was so refreshing to be treated like a real person with feelings. Teach your employees to stop dehumanizing customers."
