"Don't go here for any reason This is the first time I really wish there was something lower than a one star. twice Now they have not filled my medication. Not been able to tell me why they didn't fill it or even order it. The phones don't work and if you try to figure anything out they will just get mean rude and snarky with you don't go here for any reason"

"I've been getting my medication here for over a decade and my latest experience was a disaster. I went in to pick up my meds, they told me the total was over $100, which is way more than I usually pay for the same meds I get every month. I asked why it was so high, and the tech looked and explained that each refill was for 90 days instead of 30. I told him I couldn't afford the 90 day supply for all of them, and I asked if they could just give me my regular 30 day supply. The tech said yes, that they'd be recounted, resealed and ready for pickup. I went in to pick them up today, and the same thing happened! Each prescription was a 90 day supply and this time I was told they couldn't change it and there was no clear explanation other than "that's what the doctor wrote" The techs have always been great and helpful, but the rising costs and lack of communication is what has now pushed me out of Walgreens and I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I regret switching over to Walgreens from CVS. Ever since I started going to Walgreens I have had nothing but poor experiences. I recently had my insurance switched and was working on getting my prescriptions approved through the new insurance. When my insurance tried to contact them to get my new insurance authorized the pharmacy tech told me that it is not their job. I have never had this issue with any other pharmacy. CVS has always been more than willing to help with anything prescription related, while Walgreens does the bare minimum. I may have to switch back and make the extra drive."

"Poor customer service. This was my first experience at this pharmacy. I usually go to another one, but the doctor changed it to Walgreens thinking it was a 24/7 which it is not. I tried to tell them that They were having an issue with the prescription being at another pharmacy since the doctor changed the location. I tried to tell them why the doctor sent it to their location after the first one, but they completely ignored me again like I wasn't even there. I asked them if they could call them to get it straightened out. They told me they could not do that which I know they can because the pharmacy that I usually go to has excellent customer service and has called my doctor and insurance to help me get things straightened out. They told me I could pay cash, but my insurance wouldn't cover it. I felt like they didn't even care they just wanted to push me out the door. It was very frustrating. I was only there for about 3-5 min. I ended up going to my original pharmacy. They were able to help me figure out what was going on and was able to get me the prescription that I needed, and it only took them a few minutes to figure it out. I had the lady at the front desk and the pharmacist talking to me at Walgreens, and neither one of them would even tried to put forth a little effort to help me."

"Slow, calls about medication being in but after having to wait 30+ minutes due to slow pharmacists, I was told it wasn't there. This is not just one time, it's been multiple times over the course of several years. I won't be going here again after incompetent response to my questioning of why it took so long."
