Hibdon Tires Plus

"Usually have never had problems with this place. Until today, my boyfriend took my car there to have my tire replaced, which usually doesn’t take long at all!!! We sat here waiting for about 5 hours for a call back on my car and never got one! 6 o’clock came around, and we still never got a call back. So we called, and they said they haven’t even started on it!!!! Ridiculousssss! I have places to be tomorrow, and my boyfriend has to work at 7 AM everyday. Now we are left without a car, and no way to get to my car. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give a zero star if i could."

"Manger was not in and service was not good with the replacement manager. One lady was in before me and only needed a tire fix and was told 2 hours waiting but since I was paying, mine was fixed in early. He quoted me a military discount and discount should be for the whole bill which I wasn’t giving. Will not used service anymore."

"They tried to rip me off! I purchased the lifetime alignment warranty along with 3 new tires. They couldn't finish alignment cause they said I needed a camber bolt and offered to install it for $86 with a print out picture. I told them to hold off I would do it myself. Went to the Ford dealer to get the part and discovered that it was an aftermarket part. We spent 30min trying to find it at the parts dept. I felt like I was being lied to or they were incompetent! I took it to the local Firestone and got the alignment done. I asked if there was any issues. They said no everything was fine. He even took the time to explain that Ford Fusions don't have adjustable front camber bolts. I said Hibdon was not able to finish the alignment. He said he heard lots of complaints about Hibdons when they come to Firestone. He said it's a shame cause they are the same company! I will never go to Hibdon's ever again!! My father has been burnt by them too and will never go there again!"

"The associates are really friendly and prices are great. But 2 hours for an oil change can sometimes be annoying. Regardless, I still use them and just let them keep my car for the day. The waiting area is a little small, but is always clean."

"In my past experiences, and my most recent experience with Hibdon Tires Plus I have always had good service with them. They are attentive to my cars needs, and when I ask questions I am given a good explanation. The employees are courteous and professional. I don't have contact with the service technician/mechanic, but I haven't had any problems that have needed to be resolved. They must be doing their work on an excellent scale as well."
