"Employess acted like they would rather be anywhere else but there. I asked about the tire warranty because I had bought my current tires here and was nowhere near the mileage at 2 years. I was told the warranty would not apply due to uneven wear. This was before they ever went outside and looked at the tires! Final bill seemed high but thought well with installation etc it would go up. I looked at receipt when I left and they charged $36 more per tire then the online price. When I called them they said the price I saw was for one size down from what they installed. I feel I was cheated. I have purchased 4 sets of tires from Discount but I guess its back to Sam's. You lost a customer today!"

"I needed to get some tires and rims mounted and swapped out with another set on my work car. I explained what I needed and was amazed at the reasonable price for the service. By the time they had my information typed in the computer and my receipt in hand, the amazing staff was almost done with my car. Excellent service, very friendly and professional employees. Definitely will return when I need more tire services done."
