"Absolutely do not waste your money here. Just took my vehicle in for the works oil change lube inspection tire rotation etc and these incompetent service texts left me with a nail in my tire did not fill up the windshield washer fluid who knows what else they miss that I won't find until later I will never use this service shop again and I suggest anybody on Lawton with a brain that cares about their money avoid this place at all costs!"

"Staff - 4~5☆ Service - 4~5☆ I went in there today for an oil change and tire rotation you know "The Works." They were busy and said they'd get to me in a minute. Cool. I stepped off to the side while they finished up with what they were doing. A few minutes later a guy walks in and they end up getting to him before myself. As a "first come first serve" service I bring it to their attention, " You know I was here before dude was," and they were like, "oh, OK. " Guess what? They still did the other guys service before mine. It wouldn't have been an issue if the wait time wasn't over two hours. Luckily I had nothing going on for the weekend so I let it go. I'll probably revisit this review and change the 1☆ after I'm no longer irritated with my previous visit."
"I’ve been there a couples times. The first time I got in right away. The second time I waited 2 hrs before my car was even drove in to the bay. There were only 4 of us inside waiting. I called today at 1409 hrs, and it’s 45 min to an hour. Please tell me why it’s taking so long. I dread even thinking about taking my vehicles there. My time is just as precious as yours! This is the only place I’ve ever been that takes 45 min or longer for an oil change and tire rotation. It was the same way at the dealer ship. We could make an appointment there and it still took 2 hrs or longer. What gives??? This is no way to run a “Quick Lube”!"
