"For over 10 years I’ve trusted Goodyear with my car services…..several months back my front driver side tire wobbled while breaking…..I knew it was my routers….bottom line, I spoke with a service rep about this…..I was told that it would be $75.00 per tire….I agreed….I had received a coupon for $50.00 off $100 service…..well to my surprise when I went to pickup my car and pay, the total was $149.99….not one service rep could explain this to me or honor the coupon…..the only proof I have is the receipt of service and my saved photo of the coupon….so be very knowledgeable of what coupon they meaning Goodyear will honor and how they will justify not honoring a coupon…..I’m going to report this to consumer affairs and the BBB…….get everything printed regarding costs prior to service then present your coupon afterwards"
