"Service manager Robert was a great manager trying to fix what he said was a likely incorrect fluid change, however another manager got on the phone called me a liar and kept cutting me off from talking and then hung up after I was supposed to take the insults from him and talking down to me when all I asked was for the service to be re-done correctly from what the service manager recommended. Site manager was great, higher management doesn't care and swore its not their fault. Be careful what fluid they use and keep records as valvoline won't make things right even after they admit to the error on their part..."
