"Dr. Baird is extremely nice. He does rush through our appointments and doesn't remember what procedure he completed at your follow up appointments, which is very discouraging. Anytime my insurance company needs something from them, it will take them at least two weeks to process anything. Every time I call to follow up they're rude and hateful and are bothered by my phone call and they will hang up on you. If you are looking for a providers office that offers "patient care" this is not the one. Very unethical and extremely careless."
