"I’ve been shopping at many locations and I had the WORST at this location. The worker didn’t want to be there clearly. She was extremely rude with blonde hair, nose ring, tattoos on her hand. Made shopping there a horrible experience, and I will likely never go back to another Plato’s location because of how horrible of an attitude this girl had. I’d rather throw away my used items and pay full price for the garbage offered here."
"They have way too much out dated inventory that they aren’t even able to take brand new stuff from brands like BDG and AE. Also made me wait in store for almost 2 hours just to try to get 8 things for $10 bucks from me. Such a waste of time."

If you ever go in their store and see piles of clothes behind the counter, it is because they go the extra mile and donate clothes they don’t sell. They rotate charities that they donate to. With these donations, they have clothed thousands of people in need in our community. What an amazing business to go the extra mile. Definitely shop there…. They are the best sort of people!"

"I had so much fun selecting spring styles, the sales girls were helpful but not overly attentive and lingering. They were proactive solving stresses of the retail environment with grace and special attention to my customer experience. Each time I visited employees all remained helpful, flexible and *listened in order to support my shopping needs. Jessimyn is redhead whose name is super cool and unique spelling unknown, but her service on a Sunday was hands down amazing. Better than I could have expected. Invigorated me and motivated me to return. She managed each situation with ease and exhibited good judgment. She represented the company beautifully and I will never forget the way I have been treated here(honestly best experience I’ve had shopping anywhere in years!)
