"Walgreens, expect, long lines indoors & drive through. Expect arriving at the DT window to be told your scrip is not ready.' I just got a texts saying it was'. Expect your medication will be out of stock. What wasn't expected, the pharmacist rounding up a few pills Just enough to get through 2 days after knee surgery. Walgreen's a DRUG STORE Is open till midnight for Milk, Twinkie, birthday cards etc. BUT THE PHARMACY CLOSES AT 9. What use to be 24hrs is now 9pm. Waited all day for out of stock script . Show up to find a locked up pharmacist station. However a note pointing you to another pharmacy 18 miles away. Unfortunately Amazon becoming the way to go. But some occasions meds are needed now."
"Terrible customer service, I waited 40 minutes just to deliver the reset and then 35 minutes just to pick it up from me. This place needs the corporation to do something urgently, how is it possible that I have two people working here with all the money they earn in the pharmacy department."
"I've used this photo center several times and had a mediocre experience. Although the orders are often late, the service was average, and prints were standard. Today I called in to make a request, and spoke with Amber. I do understand that some requests cannot be accommodated and don't fault employees for their inability to assist. However, it was incredibly disheartening to be spoke to so rudely and condescending for something that was out of both of our control. I would recommend Walmart or Shutterfly moving forward."
"This is undoubtedly one of the worst pharmacies for customer service I’ve ever dealt with personally or professionally. Waiting times are long and frequently they don’t have products for the full prescription, asking patients inconveniently to come back to finish filling their prescriptions. Often they do not have the prescription ready even though they’ve had the prescription for hours or days. They also inconveniently close during the middle of the day for lunch. What business does that? You would think that they could stagger pharmacists so they can stay open and take care of their customers throughout the day."
"It has become faster to get in my car, drive over, wait in a 10 car line to get an update on my prescriptions than it is to call and wait on hold. One time I called and was on hold for 2 hours. I had the time the experiment with how long I could last before I gave up. They are beyond slow! So slow that cold tar moves faster."
