"Shopped local and wish I hadn’t. Being able to return a “hard to know if it’s right” item is essential, especially if it is unworn and still has the tags in place. Not being able to return for a refund is the reason to shop at other user friendly stores. I get it if the bra is worn, but if it’s still exactly the same as it was when purchased and it’s been less than 2 weeks, then it’s unreasonable and poor customer service to not refund."
"Their bras are truly meant for smaller sizes, not so much big sizes (E-J, 48-52). I've had problems with the underwires coming out after a month or two. The lingerie underwear seems smaller than what the size is shown. I got a 2X, and it was tight. Go up a size for comfort."
