"I got food poisoning twice in this last week from the food that was bought here !! First time I bought private selection blue cheese crumbles and had the worst stomach ache and two days ago I bought and made chicken breasts on sale. The meat was cooked all the way through no doubt in that. Both me and my husband were dying all night, it was so horrible!!! They don’t store their products properly, never shopping here again!"

"This Smith's should be the standard to which the rest of the locations be held. Clean, fresh, friendly. As I walked in, I passed a stalky bearded employee, even in the snowstorm, happily assisting an elderly patron load groceries into their car. My shopping was quick because everything is well lit and organized, and checkout was pleasant thanks to Gabby. I've never met someone of that generation with such professionalism and pride in work."
"This place is busy. If not due to the everyday grocery shoppers, the staff always seems to be busy about the store, decorating, taking down and setting up great displays, stocking & stacking. Whoever is managing this particular location is doing one helluva job! Good work!"
"They wouldn’t honor this sale price of $3.99 per 10 packs at the register. The older woman at the register even mocked me for thinking this was the deal even though they are clearly packaged into a box of 10 packs and labeled “low price per 10 pack set”. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the home goods manager, Jason, was understanding and realized it was a mistake to label the sale this way."
