"The store has some cute things, but I have ordered from them over and over over the past year only to have my orders refunded hours later when they say the items I purchased were out of stock. The first few times I was understanding, but at this point, this has happened multiple times and it's unacceptable. Twirl needs to find a system to update their inventory BEFORE clients purchase items, not informing them hours (or sometimes days!) later that their item won't be delivered as planned."
"I love the atmosphere of this store, and they do have a lot of cute dresses! Unfortunately, I bought a dress here a few months ago and it shrunk a ton when I washed it! I followed the instructions for washing on the tag and it still went from ankle length to just below my knees. I emailed the store, but never got a reply. Fortunately, it is still cute this length because of the style that it is, but a little while later i noticed a tear in the underarm seam, and when I went to put it on a couple weeks ago I found that the elastic at the wrist had broken so it no longer had the bell silhouette it was meant to! Luckily, I know how to sew, so I was able to repair it, but I shouldn't have had to! Lovely store, beautiful dresses, but the quality leaves something to be desired, especially for the price tag!"
"I rarely if ever give reviews. However, Twirl exceeded my expectations and I felt I should give credit to a great store and store owner. My son died of COVID this year and my girls and I all needed dresses in a hurry. We were all emotional and under duress. We got personal attention and were cared for in an amazing way. The dresses were beautiful and we needed a plus size dress and had looked all over to find one. Twirl was able to find the perfect one and even discounted all the dresses, shoes, etc. that we purchased because of our circumstance. I will be forever grateful for the compassion they showed to us in our time of need."
